APEX seems great if you're from the outside looking in. My biggest nightmare is the lazy "management team." Dont expect to get anything done in a timely matter! --- will help you only if its convenient for him. They dont take matters or complaints seriously but are quick to act only when it benefits them. The parking is a nightmare and the construction is even worse. Its extremely loud and unless you have a 4x4 truck the parking will be a huge problem for you too. Cars are parked everywhere! If you are ok renting from a horrible manager then apex is the place for you!!!
