I myself just moved out from Apex but I would live there again in a heart beat the place is so nice and it has everything you could ask for. the noise wasn't bad I could hear my neighbors from time to time but nothing unusaul for an apartment. The staff that works there is very friendly and would always take care of anything I needed. If you want a nice apartment this is where you want to be.
