ok so im sitting here at 9:00 p.m. and havent had running water since 5:00 p.m.

i cant tell you how infuriating it is that i pay $2000 a month and have no running water!

also i love how the staff will do whatever they can to move you in here and then screw you over if you have a complaint......

and i love how the ------- loves to hire staff that dress like -------.

there is always dog crap in the plants, which are dying.

the amenities are never open when they are supposed to be.

the lobby level bathrooms are rarely clean and often reek of feces or vomit.

maintinence never shows up on time, or when they do show up its someone who doesnt speak english, oh and they like to just walk in to your apartment!!!!

it is not uncommon for --- to harass your guests.

the ------- --- can often be seen wandering around the grounds of the complex with random women who appear to be of ill repute..

despite the fact that ----------- and --- the ------- live on the grounds no one ever responds to noise complaints or the emergency pager... which i thought was there for EMERGENCIES!

the only people who were ever helpful here are no longer in the employ of apex apartments since then the service and resident appreciation has gone down the drain.
