If you enjoy your car being broken into on a weekly basis and the management basically telling you that security is not their problem then by all means live here. Also, if you like to place calls to the office staff and have them ignore you for days then again, this is your place. I have lived in a few other apartments and this is by far the worst place I have ever lived. For the amount of money that you pay to live here, having your vehicles broken into should not be one of your concerns. This place is horrible! vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

I have to say that I have been somewhat impressed with the support given by the management staff when it comes to the break in issue. I've lived at Aravia for several months now and I can't tell you how many police cars I've seen parked in obscure corners of the parking lot in the middle of the night, specifically to combat vehicle thefts. On the one hand, it would be better if the community were entirely gated, however I've seen no reason for security to be any better. If you keep expensive things in your vehicle, you should keep expensive insurance. That's just the way it is. If you're really concerned, rent one of the several garages that line the parking lots. It's not that tough to proctect your own assets. Aravia is a nice apartment complex. The staff are professional, and for the most part informative. There are some things that could use improvement, but it's the same no matter where you go. |
