well i have just been here alil over a year and i have to say all apartments have their issues which is to be expected.

The manager Monica is an angel she is very understanding and easy to talk to, any and ever issue i have she is quick to the punch and trust me im always in there askin her for something Lol,

All the neighbors are really nice and the children are well behaved. I love coming home to aravia, especially since me and my spouse are military this is the first apartment that we actually enjoy.
