The apartments look great from the inside but lately I have noticed that the stairways need to be cleaned. They are so dirty. People spit on the walls. It is gross. I have been here for almost three years and they haven't been cleaned once. I do agree that Monica is sweet but that other manager needs to go. She is rude and nosey and doesn't seem to know what she is doing. I liked the old maintainance guy, Ray. I am not sure about this new one. He is very rude and unwilling to help. My only other complaint is that when management needs to notify you of something they put notes on your door instead of calling you. It seems a bit impersonal. Not to mention the fact that ANYBODY could read this information. Besides that the apartments are beautiful and quiet. Landscaping is getting better lately!
