My family and I are military family we moved to Aravia last year and this place is awful! Our washing machine has broken down and we have asked to get it fixed 2 times still nothing has happend! The walls shake and floors when people play music etc. The Manager is friendly but she doesnt belive people when they try to make complaints and picks and chooses her favorites. The Amenities here stink and there is NO parking at all its a horrible place to live and not worth the money paid for it at all!And my husband has also gotten things stole out of his car and so have alot of other residents.Plus the apartments try to rip you off we were told if our washer wasnt fixed before we moved out we would have to pay for it when we have tried getting it fixed more than once!
