Aravia Luxury home apartments are a wonderful place to live. If you enjoy living in a spacious, nice, clean environment this is the place to call home. We lived here for 6 months and not once had any issues. The maintenance is top-notch, efficient and quick to come and fix anything. Also very knowledgeable on fixing everything from a blind to the fridge. Kim is the manager/landlord and she is very helpful,kind and honest with you right from the beginning. They have different recycling cans for all your recycling needs, a giant dumpster just for boxes and my personal savior the compactor trashbin. The grounds are neat and clean and have professionals that come out and mow the lawns, pick up the leaves,shovel the sidewalks, and even a truck that puts sand in the parking lot to help with traction during snow season. They even have garages and carports for affordable prices which I noticed when we were looking for a place to call home is NOT the norm anywhere else. Aravia has the clubhouse that is a nice little perk, not to mention the pool, hot tub and workout room all for free. This apartment gives you a run for your money. Definitely 5 stars should go to Aravia Luxury Apartments. Take it from me, call Aravia Apartments HOME. You won't regret it.
