love Aravia

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
We are a military family and first moved to Aravia in 2007. When we got stationed back in WA, we moved back to Aravia and have been here for a year now and just renewed our lease again. Its a safe, quiet nieghborhood. Its tucked away from everything, and I have always felt really safe here. On top of that, there is usually a cop who patrols the area and often does paperwork while sitting in the apartment parking lot. We LOVE the layout of the apartments, it feels more like a house instead of an apartment. We love having a built in computer desk and island in the kitchen. If your on the third floor, the vaulted ceilings make the apartment feel much larger! The apartments are beautiful, and have large windows to let in lots of light. They are VERY pet friendly, which can be hard to find with larger dogs. The manager, Kim, is great!
The only downside is the parking. When we lived here the first time, everyone got one assigned covered parking spot...for free. Now, you have to pay for that spot monthly. With the economy being the way it is, we chose not to, but its a pain to find parking if you get home later in the evening.
Other than that, everything is great here. I would definitly recommend Aravia to live at!
