Overall Boulder Park is ok. Noise is a problem lately. The bedroom windows are next to the parking lot & in the last year it has gotten very noisy, loud music, kids, fights, domestic arguments,etc.. When I moved in , it was an inexpensive place to start out, my apartment wasn?t even repainted before I moved it & had old appliances, olive green. But I have noticed that as people moved out, the last few years, they were remodeling the Units.



One of the real complaints I have besides the noise is the state of the laundry room. It is always dirty & unkept, if you drop something on the floor from washer to dryer, you feel like you need to rewash it. That would be a big impovement if the laundry room was kept up. The grounds are kept up really well. The staff have always been friendly, maintence, the ground staff & the managers. There is new management & hopefully, they will take more control in keeping noise level down after 10pm, & have the laundry room cleaned weekly.
