It Was a Good Place To Live!

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005
When I moved in 4 years ago this complex was kept up and decent. Since then the Management has changed hands several times and now is so noisy with Boom Boxes, at full volume, domestic arguments, loud foul language, by adults AND children, litter and just junk all over...the grounds, parking area, patios & decks. I do not understand why people don't take care of where they live, even though they are just renting. I am trying to find another apartment...it really is a shame because the floor plans are really great, but it has gone so downhill that I can't live here anymore.
