I am a former tenant who live at Boulder Park for excess of 8 years.There are countless problems with the complex.Don't let the price consume you. The buildings are old not maintained.The plumbing howled often times rusty water would come out of the sink. The owners only fix what might end them up in court.Applicances are over 30 years old. Light/Heat bills are eroumous in the winter 1 bed 1bath apartment bottom floor in excess of $100.00.I have seen a number of managers and maintenance and most were apatheic and the owners simply just don't care about complex only the rent payments. Not to mention the Mold problem.

Also Complex has a huge Mold problem. don't leave a loaf of bread on the counter for more than a day. The Mold will comsume it within 48 hours. Spend the extra $100.00 on rent somewhere else it isn't worth it.
