Buildings are old this is not bad but it is when there is mold in the walls and in the cealings. The floorplan is large moving items in is a pain in the but though. Grounds are horrible. You smell like mold when you leave these units they should be torn down and they might as well build new apartments here. I dont know how you can fix mold so deep into each building this is a health issue and is nasty. Good location but it is not worth it at all. I would not recomend a bum to live here. LOOK AT BOTH LAUNDRY ROOMS THESE SHOULD BE LOCKED AT NIGHT IT LOOKS LIKE BUMS SLEEP IN THEM DISGUSTING I THINK YOUR CLOTHES ARE DIRTIER AFTER U WASH THEM HERE.
