It looks nice, and the staff pretend to be friendly, until you actually move in. Once you?re in, "You?re in MY world now, grandma!" Horribly rude management. Every time we go to the office with an issue that we feel needs to be dealt with by the apartments, we are met with hostility. There's no excuse for the way she treated us. She has yelled at us, interrupted us even after being told that being interrupted upsets us, and she has hung up on us!! She brought my wife to tears with her screaming. And we are good residents too; pay our rent on time every month, no kids, we follow the rules. She doesn?t have to treat us like that. Indoor hot tub broken since we moved in.

I moved in 1/10/2003 and always payed rent etc. The indoor hot tub never worked then. The only excuse I could get was "termites" If that was the case wouldnt the whole building have the same problem? Oh and my wife was pushed by a resident's guest and then I was hit. I returned no physical contact and now I am told I am detrimental to the appartment complex and will have to move if any further issues. Oh by the way their appartment billows "POT" out the door many a time. Yeah I cant wait until I am released from my lease!
