Ok, for starters... Maintenance staff is HORRIBLE.. if you want to buy drugs, have your car spray painted, steel money from the laundry machines then you are a WONDERFUL maintenance tech.
Nothing gets done as far as maintenance, I drove onto the property to pick up a friend at 12:00pm and the grounds looked terrible, speaking to my "friend" they said that grounds never gets done. When I moved in my apartment looked horrible, within hours I had heard all I needed to know about ----- (mainteance) and ------. Apparently they OWN the property!!
My friend and I are paying to BREAK our lease as I don't want to live here and feel bad for the residents who do. Oh and they tell you they are getting security camera's (months ago) and NOPE no camera's.. car has been broken into several times and they cancelled the onsite security WOW... RUn run as fast as you can!! this is the GHETTO
