Well I was a tenant here for a little over 2 years in building 1817. And in the 2 years I lived here, I can honestly say I didn't have any "bad" experiences. I read these other reviews that say it's ghetto, etc etc, well, I have to say, look at the area it's in, for where this place is located, I didn't witness any crime, my car was never broken into, and it's a nice 02 Subaru WRX. The management was always cool with me, if I ever ran into financial troubles, which happened plenty being a poor working student, they were always very understanding and would waive late fees as often as they could.

The interior and exterior wasn't the most beautiful I've ever seen, but hey, you get what you pay for and for the 2 years I was there, it held up just fine. The couple times I had to call for maintenance, they arrived promptly and fixed the problem. One thing I noticed, not all the time, but a few times was the outdoor lighting would go out, and it may have taken a bit longer than it should've to be replaced. But overall considering the area it's in, I felt relatively safe.

This is just my personal experience, it sounds as if others may have been put in a bad building, considering the complex is rather large, I didn't have many complaints about my neck of the woods. So yeah, I'd recommend it to someone if they asked.
