Well this is so cute of you to reply. Because im pretty sure you are the apartment manager. Why else would you keep yourself anonymous' Who the hell has no life to stick up for apartments that everyone here already knows is not stable. As far as our doors being locked, they were. Because the locks where picked, smart ass. It wouldn't be broken into if they were unlocked. If you really want to make this into a debate come on by, obviusly you know where we live, and if not its 1719 #5' But We thank you for taking the time out of your day to give us some useful information about where we should live. But we found a nicer place that is gated. OH! Not to mention the manager is always there! thats a plus, one of the luxurys this place dont have. HAHA!! Dont be mad that the corporate office dont want to put money into this dump anymore. Yea we get word of everyrhing, Its sad how we know pretty much everything, And the some of the staff even agree's that you dont do your job! If you even read the other ratings the people that posted them even commented them and said managment put them up to it!!

I was looking at moving into Bryn-Mar as well as a few other communitites recently and I understand your concern. I have found from past experiance that it does not matter what neighborhood you live in or whether or not the manager lives on site and you have gates because criminals are crafty and if they really want in they are going to get in. I lived in a gated luxury apartment community that was outragiously expensive, I parked my car at the curb to unload grocerys and when I came back out someone had stolen stuff out of my car. I used to have the same belief system as you do but I have learned that it really does not matter if it is going to happen it happens no matter where you live. Good luck to you wherever you are!!
