I have lived here for 18 months, and just love it here. I have never rated an apartment community, stumbled on this website tonight, looking at what others say about spartments because I am thinking of moving because my son is getting married and moving out and my employer is bugging me to move towards Auburn. I am so happy here I really don't want to leave. If I cannot find a place equal to the happiness I have here and also make my boss happy, I am not going to leave. This place is so clean, quiet, the best for maintenance, twice I needed maintenance and they were here within 24 hours, they would return your call in case of an emergency right away, maintenance was always there at any time, even when I locked myself out of my apt one night. Yes thats hard to do, thats its own story. Well, If I do move from here it will be sad because I love the office people are so very nice, always there to assist, the maintenance is great, the birds and crickets, the grounds are always clean and beautiful. You just could not ask for anything above this in apartment living. Thank you to all at the Carriage House You all are great!
