What can I say about the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in''!! Thankfully, I recently was blessed by GOD and was able to move out of this hellhole. When I first moved in, it was owned by an older woman and she was very nice and had the actual maintenance people living in the complex so repairs were done quickly. We then were bought by a management company and that is when things went to crap. I lived there a little over 3 years and the rent was increased 3 times while I was there. No improvements were made to justify the increase, just because! People park in your spot all the time but management is never there in the evening when people get home from work so there is nothing you can do but hope you can park in another spot! My rent was due on the 5th of the month and I was left a notice on my door on the 4th informing me that if rent wasn't paid on the 5th, I would be late!! Come on, these people have nothing better to do than harass their residents. I wouldn't recommend this complex to a dog!!
