Coolest building ever!!

Years at this apartment: 1995 - 1995
 
This is a 29-unit building, tile all over the place, large units (studios, 1 and 2-bedroom units), all utilities paid, reasonable rents. I was there for nearly 9 years. It's a very old building with lots of idiosyncracies but a great place to live in the North end of Tacoma.
