I moved into this place a few months back, The complex itself is great, close to the Tacoma mall and surrounding stores. Well manicured lawns and grounds. I have used the fitness center a few times, as well as the tanning bed, and EVERYTHING seems to be well maintained! The only complaint I have is parking can sometimes be a problem late at night if you do not have a designated spot!
