Living here 2 mo was enough for me. I was as patient as possible with management but enough is enough. They are NEVER at the office. I have to wait days to pick up packages. Badly behaved kids (4-8 yrs old) are EVERYWHERE, unsupervised. They throw rocks at cars, fences, each other etc. Located in front of a park where homeless dwell. Nice enough from the outside and even on the inside but in an awful neighborhood. I found out 1 month into my lease (I signed for 6 mo) that a tenant was shot/killed in my apartment on Feb 04. Do not feel safe outside at night. Can't even take my dog outside in the middle of the night without people hanging out in the parking lot (at 2am on a weekday). When I confronted management, they said I would find homeless people and unruly children everywhere plus they haven't had any gang related activity ever since I moved in (May 05). I am currently trying to get out of my lease without paying the 1000$ fee. Trust me, you don't want to live here. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
