Great location, friendly nieghbors, well kept grounds, quiet community, nice apartments. This is a good place to live I have lived here for 3 years and have not even thought about moving.

Very broad and dry review, no details at all. And something wrong with your math. Years in this apartment 2006-2006, but then you are writing that you have lived there for 3 years. Hopefully, you are not part of a management team, who is writing on the go and just want people to rent the apartment based on your 100% good review.
