This apartment complex is awful. Thank god they have a month to month lease because i would have gone crazy having to live there for even six months. All the neighbors are nosy they get into everyones business. the management and maintanance are worthless.they dont do anything. we have kids playing in the driveways and hanging out in the roads. the kids will not move so you have to wait until they decide to move. and alot of the time its the managers children. it is just ghetto . i would not recommend anyone move there.

Absolutely awful! The management is unhelpful. It is definitely one of the low income parts of Lakewood. Children play on the streets and DO NOT move out of the way when they see cars. The neighbors complain about everything. I???m glad I moved out and purchased a condo. I???m pretty sure the manager has never managed an apartment complex before, because she is under qualified and quite uneducated. She is unprofessional, and hires office staff that is less educated than her. I don???t know how the owner of the complex feels secure knowing that there is an idiot managing their apartments. I would not recommend living here, unless you enjoy living amongst the lower class, welfare, incompetent members of our society!
