Absolutely awful! The management is unhelpful. It is definitely one of the low income parts of Lakewood. Children play on the streets and DO NOT move out of the way when they see cars. The neighbors complain about everything. I m glad I moved out and purchased a condo. I m pretty sure the manager has never managed an apartment complex before, because she is under qualified and quite uneducated. She is unprofessional, and hires office staff that is less educated than her. I don t know how the owner of the complex feels secure knowing that there is an idiot managing their apartments. I would not recommend living here, unless you enjoy living amongst the lower class, welfare, incompetent members of our society!

I understand that you are upset with the way things where at your old apartment complex. The way you talked about lower class people really made you seem lower then the people you were just complaining about. By reading this I would think that you are a snotty, stuck up, bratty, rich loser who thinks they are better then everyone around them. Good luck on finding and keeping real, down to earth friends. I bet you have a ---- load of fake ones. Change the way you view people or you'll be alone.
