I've lived here since last August. I've never had a problem parking, or a problem getting things fixed in my apartment.
I do agree that the dryer in my unit is crap. It takes at least two cycles to dry clothes, no matter how little you put in them.
I would like to see the gate a little more secure. It seems to me if we're paying for the security of living in a gated community, the gate should be locked, especially at night.
Also, I really wish the office would spend as much time asking my neighbors to park their cars between the lines as they do asking them to pick up the non-existent cigarettes butts being thrown on the ground.
