My husband and I moved into these apartments without having seen them in person. We moved from Indiana and had only seen pictures on the internet. When we arrived here I was completely satisfied with our decision. The surrounding area isn't exactly the prettiest place but its only a short five minute drive to the better areas. The community however is very pretty and its much smaller than most, making it feel more safe and secure.

The management, especially Casey, has been great. They are always very friendly and helpful, and the maintenence has always resolved any issues we have had, even though they have been very minor.

I am shocked by the other reviews because I haven't had any major problems. Yea, the parking spots are a bit small and people always cross the lines taking up two spaces, there is limited parking, and it tends to be a bit noisy when your windows are open. However, I have had an overall pleasant experience.

I dont have mold, my car hasnt been vandalized or broken into, and my dryer works just fine.

I WOULD recommend this community to anyone. The only advice I would give is to try to get an apartment that doesn't face 112th street. With all the traffic it tends to be a bit loud.
