not a good place to live

I moved in to the Lakes in 2005 when it was owned by a private company. One of the main reasons for moving to this apt complex was it wasnt owned by a big property mngmnt company. Soon after I moved in the complex was sold to Pinnical Properties. That is when my nightmare started. I had a mold issue, a leaking bathroom, a bird had nested in the wall. All things that I was told would be handled but it was never addressed. I moved out finally when my 2 lease was up and the resigning price went from $550 when I first moved in, to $650 after living there 9 months. The last lease they wanted me to sign was a 12mo lease at $795 or a one bedroom. After moving they tried to come after me for the mold and leaking issues but dropped that when I showed proof that they never addressed or fix the problem.
On my move in i was given a covered spot and then was told I would have to start paying for it when my second lease started.
