The apartments are fairly new compared to the area (only about 6 years old). I?ve lived here for over 2 years now and have had no problems with noise. I live in a 2bed/2bath with a view of the lake/swamp/marsh/pond. Rent has only gone up once during the 2.5 years, and only $25. Garages are available, $75/month. Parking is a nightmare if you come back late at night, otherwise it?s not bad. I haven?t had any maintenance problems so I can?t comment on how well they perform. The office folks are really nice though, at least in my experience. Has a swimming pool, only open during the summer, no guests allowed. Giant bathroom with washer/dryer. Big balcony with a tiny storage area adjacent to it. Oh, they also have a party type room you can use at no charge, has a kitchen in it. That?s about all I can think of.
