I have been quite impressed. Considering the area (not the greatest) the apartments themselves have been just wonderful. When we moved in - there was only one prior owner (my apt was only two years old at the time) and it was EXTREMELY well maintained. NO PROBLEMS Whatsoever! I have a view of the "so-called" lake - when filled, it is very pretty, when dried up it looks like a swamp. No maintenance problems to date. Quiet, friendly neighbors. Safe. Friendly management. Very good landscape maintenance. PARKING is not great if you come home late, but where I live they expanded it and it's perfect now. I also have a garage which helps when you can't find a parking spot. That is 75.00 extra, but worth it. Overall I would definitely recommend over other apartment complexes in the area.
