The management here sucks, I was told I was upstairs until I started to move in and found out I was downstars. They have since hired and fired many receptionists. Cable is not worth it cause it's their satellite system which gets east coast broadcast and they won't let you get any other cable.
Their maintenance people are unqualified. I have weather stripping on my door that wont stay in place and nobody can fix it.
There are an insane amount of Hobo spiders in my house and I don't know if it's a problem with the whole complex. So far the biggest one I found was at least 2 inches across.
There are alot of old people here who want it perfectly silent, except for the annoying whine of the fountain pumps on both sides of the lake, which I think makes having a fountain not even worth it.
Now they want to raise the rent just because they fixed the windows. The current rent is not justifiable as it is.
There isn't enough parking in some spots and they like to let the towing company tow the WRONG cars away. And the geese poop everywhere, incuding the front lawn, which is now trampled and muddy from the construction trucks digging into the grass.
