This apartment complex is fine for those with low standards and for a quick stay until you get something better. I would not suggest to any of my family or friends to live here though. It is full of TONS of bugs indoors and out. There are Spiders, Potato bugs, worms that crawl in under your doors and these huge ant looking bugs with wings that are ALL OVER in the spring, summer and fall! If you don't like cigarrette smoke then make sure you don't live anywhere near an apartment with a smoker in it... someone above me smokes and I can smell it when I turn on the fan in the bathroom, when I open the kitchen cupboards and when I have the window open because of others smoking outside on their balconies and stuff. There is bird poop EVERYWHERE outside so taking a walk in what looks like a great area is near impossible. I called like 6 months ago to have two different things fixed and no one ever showed up to do them. If you aren't on a top level then the apartment seems very small and dark. There are no lights in any rooms except the bathroom and kitchen area.. the bedrooms don't even have overhead lights so you have to use lamps. Over all I can say that after two long horrible years here I am happy to be leaving!! Oh they are putting in new windows and gates on the enterances and they will of course be raising the rent due to that and it is sooooooooooo not worth it!!!! Oh I almost forgot the crappy cable they offer... it is a satellite system which get awful reception.. don't bother trying to watch anything but local channels when it is cloudy or rainy outside!!! And they won't let you get any other kind but that. Seriously this has been the most unsatisfying place I have ever lived.
