The apartments are very old and dark, no lights in any of the rooms except kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is tiny, and the bathroom has no counter or cupboard space. I don't know about other apts, but ours is falling apart inside. Also, no cable unless you want to pay for the cable that the management provides (which means no cable internet either) I think that the upstairs apts are ok, but the ceiling here is way to low, not worth the price at all. And the new gates are a huge pain in the ass, and do no good anyway.
