live here right now and some of the things you have said are 50% true. I have reported problems and it still goes on. I can sit out on my deck and see people smoking pot at every corner.

This is a great way that management attempts to make them look good.

About the cable. It shows now that management wants more money so they only give you direct, well I thought apartments gave you convenience. Well, here is an example of them telling you what they want you to have. At first I did not have a problem, but when the sound on one channel is extremely loud and then the next one is quiet then the next is a loss of signal symbol, it gets tiring quickly. I plan on getting a dish myself so I can manage it myself and get a better deal. I know I can because I have seen them on other peoples decks here.

And YES we do have laundry rooms in almost every other apartment...but 450 units and a sour apple (person) will always leave their cloths in the drier all day long. I wish I did not sign a 12 month lease.

A part of the 50% truth is about the grounds people. They are great and are always working hard. I have been thinking about makeing them some cookies or something as a sign of thanks. They do a great job.

And what is that "what do you entertain your friends in your bathroom" comment. I hope to God that you retract that statement. This is another example of how they are rude. Your comments make me want to tell people to STAY AWAY. They are liars!

I like the floor plan too but it is not working without a laundry hook up and the drug addicts that are in every other apartment. For example. When you enter from mildred, there is a black van that has a 420 sticker on it and a little yellow light on top. The person drives crazy and we all know what 420 means.

Come take a look yourself. I give this place a B- at best only because TCC is across the street.
