Every dealing I have had with the new manager of this complex has been very fair and professional. What a breath of fresh air compared to the bozos typically working in this office.

While that is all well and fine-this complex is so lame I cannot beging to describe it. You have to use laundry rooms where your cloths get stolen (mine twice once I found out some crazy lady they rented to thru them in the garbage). My car has been stolen once and broke into three times in a year and a half. Three neighbors by me have had there tires slashed one guy twice. What is really funny is the new gates they put in have not slowed things down around here. They put up gates but no fence. So they walk in and steal your stuff and if it is your car they can just drive it right out no code needed to exit. Not that it matters the gates seem to be devective since they never seem to be working.

Now I hear they want to be big brother and put spy cameras around so they can watch you work out or use the pool, needless to say this does not make my wife or daughter very comfortable. They already have them in the party room so the owners and management can view your party.

It seems like there are drug dealers everywhere or maybe it is the age of the people they rent to who have lots of company.

The repairmen usually make three attempts to make simple repairs. If you try and talk with them they are nasty and abrupt.

If you have a nice television forget it you may as well have a vintage 70's set since the cable owned by the complex has a terrible picture as well as the most outdated channel packages I have ever seen. Oh yeah don't forget no high speed internet so hope you like 56k.

I have been shopping around and trust me there are plenty of nicer places in Tacoma to live. Polo Club, Westridges, Spanish Hills, Madrona Hills, University Glen, and many more to pick from. I am disgusted that I have invested $11,250 in living here thank goodness my lease is up tax return is here and we are gone.

I agree with alot of what you wrote. I had to have repairmen at my house 4 TIMES before the leak in my ceiling was fixed. Also my roomates car was broken in too, yet when i asked them if they had any security cameras on the parking lot they told me "no only on the entrances" and im guessing the people that broke in my car probably just walked in through the gate that has no lock next to my complex.
