I can't think of a reason to move in here. There are just too many other options in the UP/Tacoma area for the same price. The gates give you a false sense of quality and safety. I have PERSONALLY witnessed a car being stolen, people doing drugs, and people asking me for drugs. Eventually you realize the gates are not keeping any undesireables out -- they are just a nuisance when YOU are trying to get into the apartment complex.

The apartment staff is unhelpful very unhelpful. I feel very strongly about this when i say "DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!"
