When my husband and I first drove by we thought that the complex would be out of our price range, it was nice, pool, fitness center, spacious vaulted cieling apartment. We were surprised at how reasonably priced it was.
Everytime we have had an issue, managment has always addressed it fairly and courtesly.
Due to a family emergency we had to break our lease early. We owed them a whole other year, and our paricular reason was not listed in the lease. The staff and management worked with me and quickly helped me resolve the issues and save myself thousands of dollars. They are very friendly and kind. I kept asking them why they were working with me so hard, and they said 'everything can be done amicably'. Unlike a lot of businesses that suggest they care about you, Lakeside Landing demonstrated over and over agian that their residents, future, current and former are very important to them. I'd be surprised if they don't start to win some customer service awards. They have a unique and friendly approach to problem solving. I'll miss them all very much!
