You really have to live here for awhile to appreciate it. We've been here for 7 years and like it very much. Sure maint. might be a little slow, but heck they do a good job when they get to you. When was the last time you thanked any of the staff for providing a nice and clean environment to live in' The grounds crew work their butt off keeping the grounds up. Management is the best it has been in the 7 years I've lived here. They are human too!!!!!!! have you forgotten that and there's limits to everything. You didn't move into the Hilton, but you did move into a nice community with nice grounds, etc. Also, I've seen people come in here and trash the apartments they lived in and then blame it on the management when he/she is asked to pay for the damages.

Our apartment : not quiet. Neighbors on all sides are completely self centered and managers refuse to do anything even though its a clear lease violation. Do not rent here, if you do you will be making a huge mistake.
