It's okay to live here, but the cable set-up is horrible. I pay $55.00 for 35 channels. The cable is combined with the rent. There isn't an option for outside cable not even a satellite!!! The neighbors here kiss the managements's ass to get in good so they snitch on EVERYTHING! Even when they are in the wrong. When mgmt. has an issue with you they write rude and demening letters and post them on your door. There are alot of old people here that want it extremely quiet. This is not a retirement home! The rent is high for what you get. There is no W/D unit and the laundry mat here is expensive and very old. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! The bathroom is very small and my tub has been leaking since I moved in. The maintainence men aren't qualified to do their jobs! They came to fix it 4 times, STILL LEAKING! There is a lake surrounding the apts. with ducks and geese present. I guess LL management forget to clean up after the animals in the lake. Poop is everywhere. On the lake's edge there is poop extremelt thick and it smells! You have to pay for screens for your windows and patio. The windows are old and moldy from the moisture. No insulation at all and that will show on your electricity bill. The kitchen is very small. Only 1 person at a time. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
