To put is simple - don't move here. The rent might priced fair but in the long run it will not be worth it.
The management when I firsted moved in was outstanding and so was the maintance man. Now all that has changed, they only have a manager/maintance man. So good luck trying to find him in the office and good luck trying to get anything fixed. He is wonderful guy, but his plate is full.
Management is only the start of the problems here. The main problem is the residents. There is sex offenders living here - look it up on the Pierce County website. Drug dealers live for free here, they float from one apartment to the next.
The noise most of time is unbearable. Plan on getting woke up between 2 and 4 am every morning, by your neighbors partying it up.
Like I said - don't move here.
