I have now lived here for 1 1/2 years and have had no problems such as those mentioned in other reviews. Yes the apartments, all studios, are small but renovated not too long ago. New carpets, new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, new managament. Utilities paid except for water, whose total bill is distributed among the occupants, and solid waste - about $35-$40/mo total. The place has many younger residents and is quiet and peaceful. No smoking allowed in the building. Neighbors are friendly.

Street parking, landscape kept up,safe, heat can get to be too much at times, good response for maintenance requests, good,, reasonable place to live - October '09 $550/mo.
