I have lived here for almost a year. I agree this place is --------! First of all the tenants upstairs are up ALL hours of the night fighting, jumping, and stomping up and down the stairs. We have called the police, wrote letters to the managment company and still after 6 months nothing has been done to get them out. They wake up my children all hours of the night. My 11 month old wakes up screaming at least 3-5 times a night because they are so loud. As much as everyone in the building has complained nothing has been done. Oh and lets not forget their big dog they were suppose to get rid of 4 months ago because it bite a little boy. The humane society was here for about 2 weeks off and on knocking on their door they just wouldn't anwser and pretty soon they stopped coming. The dog is still there mean and ready to bite someone else. And nothing has been done about that either.Then lets move on to the sewer in the building i live in on the bottom floor the main sewer line broke. The tenants on the bottom floor moved. We were never even notified of the sewage coming out of the apartment! still haven't been we only found out from the awful smell when you walk outside our apartment. its been like this for a month not been fixed and is nasty!!!!!!!!!! i have written a letter about this also. I have also tried to contact the management company but they don't get back with you either real perfesional huh' hsc real estate company not a very good management company. we have also contacted the better bussiness bureau. Hopefully someone does something. i want to move but my lease isn't up until august!
