When I moved in I had dirty blinds and the place wasn't that clean at all. My bathroom is an electrical hazard and it took 5 months to get my closet doors fixed. My bathroom door doesn't close all the way and my view is covered by lots of trees. The microwave that the apartment came with doesn't work and we still didn't get a new one after living here for a year and putting in numerous work orders.

In order to get hot water in the shower you have to flush the toilet. The security entrance just started working after a year of them saying that it works. There's been alot of car break-in's and theft here. I am an honest witness and victim of this. My car (with military sticker) was stolen and the other broken into. It took management at least a year of everyone complaining to get them to fix the security gate and hire a rent-a-cop. The patio is also eroding away.

Oh yeah, the maintanence man is the security guy. The fitness center and spa....wait, what fitness center' The only fitness here is chasing down the bastard's that try to break into my car. But the real room that you exercise in is in the adjacent apartments (Olympic Ridge Apartments). You have to walk over there to use there facilities.

Also IGNORE the signs by the entrance.

P.S. It is so very true that the management (which is poor) changes often and this is not a safe place!!!!
