When I moved out they charged me for things that I didnt know that they could charge for. They charged me for a full paint job in my apartment when I moved out, and when i moved in the apartment wanst even clean. It was so dirty that I had to complain and nothing got done!!!! They are really bad with managing there apartments. The only thing they have going is that it is a very well kept property, but bad managment!!!!!!!

completely do not agree!!! i had no problem on my move out i paid for carpet cleaning which every apartment i have ever lived in has asked for that, cleaning, and touch up paint- very resonable charges

i did not have that problem either!!!! I only paid for a carpet cleaning and apartment detailing.

These responders are paid to say nice things. Madrona Pointe offered me free rent and no deposit to move in. After I did, they wanted me to pay a deposit. When I refused and showed them on my lease that stated "LEASE WAIVED", they said that it wasn't a lease but an agreement. So, I told them that I'll stay in my old place and NOT move in, they then said that I signed a lease. So, when it was in my favor, it's an agreement, but when it's in their favor, it's a lease. Needless to say, I never paid a deposit.
