I have lived here for over 5 years and am very happy with my apartment i have been here through the renovation and think the property is beautiful i was just taking the time to say that because i saw them working on the white lights by the waterfall and i will be glad to continue staying here

I think it's silly to continue living somewhere because they have a waterfall out front with white lights shining on it. Some people look for more than a nice exterior paint job when choosing an apartment. This person lived there before the "big renovation" so their standars were already very low.
