I lived here for almost two years and I can tell you this place is a DUMP. They will suck your last penny out of your pocket so you can live in a one bedroom apartment that is basically a hallway with a room at each end. I had a leaking roof in the bathroom and they refused to fix it until I called the health department! The dishwasher made your dishes dirtier then before you put them in and the garbage disposal never worked. If i had known what I was getting into I would have never moved to this horrible place. This is excatly why they have to advertise for free rent and deposits for people to move in. And who puts a F---ing coffee stand in the middle of a road' Only the type of moron you would find working at Madrona Point. There is so much dog poop everywhere you cant even walk in the grass.It is as ghetto on the inside as the outside and the managment they have are a bunch of stupid high school girls who together do not have an IQ of over 40.

I would really like to know what these people...the property owner and the managment have to say, especially when all the tenats have the same complaints. But Im sure they will do what they do best, nothing.
