I lived at Madrona Pointe for just over a year. I have never had any real problems. Yes I have had to call in to the office to have my garbage disposer fixed which was not a real big deal. Madrona Pointe was a nice place to live and a good location for me. If I ever go back to the Tacoma area I will be going back to Madrona Pointe.

If the office is going to post a review, they should at least make it a little different from the last review they listed, since we all know all good reviews are made by the office staff
