I lived here for a short period of time, I serve in The United States Army. When I moved in they told me they would honor the militay clause, sure enough I came down on orders they acted like it was no big deal for me to break my lease I turned in my key I asked them they said we were good I didnt owe anything but then 3 months later I get a call from a collections agency saying I owe $1700 I never recieved a letter or a call from madrona pointe saying there was a debt owed. They skipped me and went straight to trying to ruin my credit
