the walls are so thin, you can hear your neighbours microwave beeping. came home one day and i s--- you not, i hard the people at the other end of the building smoke detector going off with their windows and door closed!!!!!!!!!!!!! windows are drafty, garbage continer is a hefty walk unless you put your trash in your car and drive it there. there are no lights on the property except at the office (gotta make sure that it's safe for the women leaving at night) the heaters are under the drafty windows. parking is so tight which is evident by the number of bent poles holding up the covered parking. the paint on the fireplace keeps coming off because someone thought it was a good ideal to paint over tile. coffee stand at the bottom of the hill is a joke. had a few near misses there with other vehicles turning around to get coffee or just pulling out without looking. heard a few gun shoots going off many a time at night. one guy had his car shoot up a few months ago. the cabana is never open when people with regular jobs get off work. and it doesn't open until noon on weekends. and the kicker is that you can hear your upstairs neighbour toilet water run down the pipes in your apartment. real good when your eatting and hear the water running mere inches from your. can't wait to get out when my lease is up.
