Everyone lets their dogs s**t in the yard all the time and never clean it up. i have stepped in it multiple times. Also they let their dogs run around loose without a leash so that they can go get my dog riled up when they run around in the yard next to him.

And then the fat b**ch will bring her stupid dogs without a leash to the yard you are trying to make your dog go pee in and you want to punch the cow in the face. Since they never put them on leashes they just yell for the dog for 45 min until it comes back-especially in the morning. "red-brown dog pavlo come here" they yell that 1hundred million times and it drives me nuts!

I know other people don't clean up after their dogs either because there are poops in all different sizes! There are abandoned cats all over the place that are dying or they sleep under your car at night and haven't eaten in 3 months! Also everyone owns pit bulls and Rottweiler s when they aren't supposed to and some don't use leashes- my dog is always on a leash (it's supposed to be the policy) and he's been attacked 2 times. I had to kick the dog in the head to get it to go away because it was biting my dog s throat around his neck! The owners were a mile away!

Dog S**t- It might help if they put a couple trash cans around the place because these low-life scumbags are too lazy to pick up dog s**t and walk it to the dumpster area!

Also the Army dips**ts (I say this because you can hear them talking and they have the intelligence of one of the piles of dog ---- in the yard) that just moved in Keep everyone up until 5:30 in the morning on the weekends playing beer pong and wrestling- which makes loud crashes and then they piss off the 3rd floor balcony, also they continuously get wasted and then drive around and then come back to the apartment and make more noise! I am moving out of this s**t hole because i cannot handle all of these scumbags. There are gangsters and f'ing gun shots heard occasionally, so i had to get a gun to protect myself.

Paying for parking is a joke because people will park in it all the time, but nothing can be done unless they park there 3 times in a row- then they can be towed if you call security all the time, but they only have a voicemail so they don't do anything, besides its different people parking in your spot all the time. the only way to fix anything is if you punch the person in the face around here, and i think that's a little overboard for parking in your spot. Also my two cars have both been hit by other cars- smashed in the bumper on one- by a service vehicle (real f***ing nice) and nothing can be done. My motorcycle was ran over against the curb and it cracked the fairing and scratched the metal framework and cost me 600 dollars to replace the fairing- and the other stuff is impossible to fix. That is because everyone that lives here is a f***ing low-life scumbag idiot! I hate this place there is nothing good about it.

the office tries to act like it's a nice place to live except the difference between the office and actual apartments is dramatic. This place doesn't even have an outgoing mailbox near your incoming mailboxes- NO if u actually ask to find out where it is- it's a plastic piece of s**t sitting next to the incompetent office person's computer screen. Ya- that's really where i want to leave my mail! it inspires no confidence that your mail will ever get delivered or that they won't steal whatever is in your mail- so you have to drive to the grocery store to mail anything.

There are constantly mormons or jahova's witnesses knocking at your door with children in suits and you have to ignore them forever and pretend you're not there because they stand there for 25 minutes waiting to "share" the "word"

I have never used the maintenence people- so i cannot rate them- but they are (probably illegal) hispanic workers that are speaking nonsense spanish all loud and they park in the middle of the street for hours, and then do 1 hour of work every 7 days. It took a week to pull up outdoor carpet in the outside walkway and then they just left coffee cups and garbage and the roll of huge carpet for everyone to trip on in the hallway. It took another 1-2 months to put new carpet down.

There is no Quiet, because once again- everyone is a scumbag and also the walls are paper thin. I can hear the guy upstairs peeing in the toilet, and when he is washing laundry i can't even sleep because it's so loud. I can't sleep anyways because every noise i hear in the parking lot i have to look outside to see if my cars and new motorcycle are ok. and you always see thugs out there so if someone did do something to your vehicles you'd have to come out with your f***ing glock to get them to back off. The neighborhood is horrible- my car got broken into and window smashed out- Not kidding- the first week i moved in and the cops did nothing.

Also there are gang members living here and you don't want to take your dog out at night to go pee bacause there may be retaliation on them and you get shot on accident. You hear people talking about shooting people and have to stay out of it, even when u find riffle shell on your balcony after you hear a gunshot the night before. It is not safe here. There was no security for the first 9 months i lived here but the cops were here at least 2 times a week for different things. The young black man always beating the hell out of his girlfriend and she stay with him anyways but yells at him and they throw the "N" word around at each other for 3 hours- then the cops come, then they go up stairs and make up by F***ing each other extremely loudly. Same thing happened 1-2 times a week. Other people are always drunk driving. Numerous people get out of their cars and bottles fall out, or they run to the yard and puke. No wonder all my cars have been run into!!

Now there is security again, but usually all they do is tow cars that park next to the fire hydrant. You can't get a car towed that's in your parking space, but if the car is in a red zone it will be gone that night without trying to even tell the owner. They always do it late nite/early morning 2-4 am, so people's cars are missing when they wakeup. they loaded up an escalade one night, so we had to go tell the guy so they wouldn't take it because they'd probally scratch the s**t out of it.

The cops have been here more again lately because of loud people and drunk driving stuff i guess. A guy told me he saw my dog but didn't realize he was on a leash-and didn't see me- and since it's a big dog he went back inside and got his gun because he was going to shoot him so he could get to work because he would be late. My dog is not even mean- it is a mastiff about a year old and wants to play with everyone.

Please don't live here because you may die from stress alone, or get shot up, or a number of other things.

OMG, I am laughing my ass off! This is too funny, well not for you but I lived in this sh*thole for two years so I know excatly what you are talking about....especially with the outgoing mail. I had to mail mine out at my parents because I could never find a place to send it out. I can't believe what you said about the guy shooting your dog, that is insane! I actually witness a kidnapping outside my window in the middle of the night and the police came, but I never found out what happened to the girl. I cant believe this place is still in buisness, they suck ass. I have lived in my new apartment for a year now and it is wonderful. People are acutally decent and the office staff has a brain, plus they do not tolerate any loud music or people parked in your spot...you can have them towed if its only been 5 minutes. Get out of this sh*thole ASAP!

THE MANAGER AND ASSISTANT MANAGER IS TWO ------- THAT ARE JUST HERE FOR A PAY CHECK. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE TENANTS HERE AT ALL. TWO ASS HOLES THAT NEED A STICK STUCK IN THERE ASS. Ya i guess it is kinda funny if you get out of the place finally and can move on without them taking all your money. Only people who've lived here can appreciate these reviews!! Ha Ha. Oh ya, when i moved in, it was that crystal girl and all them- she was nice. I don't even know how many people have been hired and fired now since i've lived here. on my move out-sheet i commented that it's not safe here and the lady patronized me by asking- oh what is there a mob over there that just comes out of the bushes and shoots everything up? and told me that no one had their apt. broken into b/c they would have known. They said he prolly left his door unlocked. I said he used my cell phone to call the police, i don't think it was a casual situation! I think they just keep wanting to downplay everything and make fun of the tenants b/c they are ---holes and have no plan to improve the quality of life here. Oh well. i guess you live and learn, but i'm sorry to all those still stuck in leases right now, hope u can last until it's over. Everyone else- Please don't even try living here! For your own good.

Crystal was a real b--ch. She didn't know what the hell she was doing And the excuse given was that she was having family problems and that managing this place and dealing with her personal problems was affecting her work so they moved her to a smaller property. My neighbor went on vacation and when he came back, someone had broke into his apartment. Come to find out, it was his next door neighbor. They even took his towels!!!! He saw the guy using one of them on his weight bench and when he told the office, they said that there was nothing they could do.. As far as dogd, I saw a guy walking with 2 large rotts just the other day and the office did nothing.
